Original valid passport with at least 2 blank pages and 6 months of validity.

1 digital photo 3 x 4 cm white background without accessories. Physical/printed photos are not accepted.

Stamp

Last entry stamp to Colombia.

Updated certificate

Updated certificate: Ministry of the Interior, Archdiocese or Diocese.

Bank statements

Last 6 months bank statements of the entity > 100 SMMLV (USD 25,000/ Month Approx.)

Health policy

Health policy with coverage in the national territory against all risks in case of accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalization, death or repatriation, for the time foreseen for their stay in the country.

Signed letter

Letter signed by the legal representative or hierarchical superior of the religious entity, including schedule of activities, link with the foreigner, expertise and statement of financial responsibility.
