This is a Colombian visa granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a maximum period of 2 years, taking into account the foreigner's activity in Colombia.

What are the requirements of the Visa V-Type Volunteer?

Passport

Original valid passport with at least 2 blank pages.

Digital photo

1 digital photo 3 x 4 cm white background without accessories. Physical/printed photos are not accepted.

Signed letter

Letter signed by the legal representative of the institution or company including: Name of the institution or company, NIT (if legally constituted in Colombia) and contact information.

Schedule

Activity, duration and agenda foreseen for abroad (Chronogram).

Foreign link

Foreign link and qualifications or expertise (where you indicate what experience the person has in that area and why he/she is the right volunteer for the position).

Statement of responsibility

Declaration of economic responsibility for the expenses of stay and travel of the foreigner during his stay in Colombia. Duly authenticated.

Certificate of existence

Updated certificate of existence and legal representation of the company or institution.

Liquidity of bank statements

Proof of liquidity by submitting bank statements from the institution or company for the 6 months prior to the application. Public entities are not required to comply with this requirement.

Motivation letter

Motivation letter from the foreigner.
