Basic requirements:

Passport

Original valid passport with at least 2 blank pages and 6 months of validity.

Digital photo

1 digital photo 3 x 4 cm white background without accessories. Physical/printed photos are not accepted.

Stamp

Last entry stamp to Colombia.

Health policy

Health policy with coverage in the national territory against all risks in case of accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalization, death or repatriation, for the time foreseen for their stay in the country.

Letter of request

Application letter signed by the foreigner detailing treatment costs and financial responsibility.

Bank statements

Bank statements for the last 6 months > 10 SMMLV (USD 2,500/ Month Approx.)
